We have put together a list of the most common questions we are asked. Don’t worry if you cannot find the answer you want. Just contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Payments:

What payment methods are accepted (credit card, PayPal, etc.)?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by PayPal

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We never store any of your payment information. All of out payments are processed securely by PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account. You can simply choose to check out as guest and complete the checkout process as usual

Are there any instalment or buy-now-pay-later options?

Yes, you can choose PayPal’s Pay Later option to either pay later or pay in instalments. This is subject to PayPal’s terms.

Shipping:

What are the shipping options and how much do they cost?

We strive to keep shipping as fair and simple as possible. For UK addresses we use Royal Mail standard 1st class post. The cost for this service is £2.95. For all other overseas address we Royal Mail international tracking post. The cost for this service is £12.95.

How long will delivery take?

UK addresses can take up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. Overseas addresses can take up to 21 days from the date of dispatch.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

At the moment we do not offer this service.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

All overseas are sent by Royal Mail International Tracking so a tracking number is provided. For UK we use Royal Mail Standard 1st class which does not provide a tracking number. However we do always obtain proof of posting which does have a reference number and is available upon request.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is either delayed or lost then get in contact either at orders@totebagco.co.uk or via out contact us page and we can investigate for you.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, as well as the UK we also ship worldwide.
